The Nebu Ramada Jomtien resort project is built on 64,000 sqm of land, with 6 master-planned hotels around a saltwater lagoon pool, it will boast the largest hotel pool and beach club in Thailand.


The 4-star 950 room resort residence project (Ramada International brand) is 5-10 minutes to Jomtien and Bang Saray beaches also 30 minutes south of Pattaya, 20 minutes to the local international airport, 1.5 hours to Bangkok.


The project is selling currently under construction with a fixed 8% per annum cash back for up to 2 years during construction. Standard rooms selling from under $60,000 USD with no ongoing fees or costs.
