Every balcony has its ownmini-garden. Watering switches on by itself: sensors monitor humidity and rain, and the water for irrigation is collected during downpours.

Outdoor air-conditioning units andwashing machines are hidden behind wooden louvres. All that remains on the facade is smooth white lines and greenery.

Millennium has five pools: in the inner courtyard, along the outer perimeter of the building and on the rooftop.

One pool for every 50 apartments means free sunbeds and quiet by the water even in high season.
