You will be greeted by our airport reception staff and be transported to our property without any hassle. Upon arriving, our staff will give you a personalized attention and introduce all facilities such as a beach walkway, lagoon swimming pools, and your friendly housemaid. Our maintenance staff is available on-site and always ready to serve you. However, pls feel free to tell us if you would like to drive to our property by yourself, so that we make an alternative arrangement for you. ☺ Our exclusive room: Hua Hin Beachfront Condo is surrounded by beautiful garden and infinite lagoon swimming pools which ensure your serenity and exclusivity. You will meet like-minded neighbors and rejoice in meaningful discussion. Our beach-themed 120 sq.m. room comfortably accommodates a family of 5 persons. Our cozy room has two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a spacious living room with comfy couch, air conditioners, 55-inch cable TV, high-speed internet, therapedic natural rubber mattress, heated rain shower, a refrigerator, a well-equipped kitchenette. ☺ Rental Agreement: Our property requires a minimum stay of 30 nights and allows a maximum stay of 120 nights. A round-trip airport transfer is included with your rental. We request a security deposit of 290 USD which will be returned to you if we don’t see any damage to our property or excessive electricity bills. Our staff will take photos of the room before your check-in and after your check-out.
